Car

Coming from Oslo, it is 300 km, which is approx. a 5-hour drive. Coming from Bergen, it is 210 km, approx. a 3-hour drive. Coming from Bergen, it is possible to take a ferry from Gudvangen to Lærdal, approx. a 3-hour journey through the world’s most beautiful fjord landscape. Or, drive the “Snow Road” from Aurland to Lærdal. At 1,300 metres above sea level it offers fantastic views of the Jotunheimen mountains and the Sognefjord.

Coming from the north via Geiranger, it is 260 km from there to Lærdal.

From Bergen or Oslo, it is possible to travel by train to Flåm. It is approx. a 45 min. drive from Flåm to Lærdal.
